2021 Adaptive Worlds Canceled and 2021 USA Adaptive Nationals Postponed

The IWWF Disabled Council has announced that the 15th World Disabled Water Ski Championships, originally scheduled for 2021 and then postponed until March of 2022, have been cancelled. The next World Championships will take place in March of 2023, at the Bridgewater Ski Club in Bendigo, VIC, Australia.

The decision was not made lightly and based upon health concerns and the unknown variables COVID 19 presents.

Subsequently, USA-AWSWS has decided to postpone the 2021 US Nationals/Team Trials until September 14-17, 2022. It will still take place in Paducah, Kentucky at Twin Oaks Lakes.

We will provide updates on the national championships as well as other adaptive water ski events via e-newsletters, our website and Facebook. To ensure that you get the latest news in adaptive water skiing in the U.S. and around the world, please sign up for email communication on our website www.usaadaptivewaterski.org.

Dateline: Oroville, CA, March 2021
